I found https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/WireTamer-Cable-Management-Tray-2-Pack-Black/232777935803?hash=item3632a56bbb:g:RrQAAOSwIedbBARf on ebay but then saw the huge price tag, if anyone knows a solution under $20 AUD on eBay Australia I would be very happy as I have been searching for something else for over one hour.

Thanks, sadly this won't help me as I was hoping to buy something off eBay and my desk is glass so you would be able to see straight through it anyway.

That's just overpriced on ebay. but I'd suggest to look for something like cable trunking instead.

Have you had a look in bunnings, between the PVC pipe in the plumbing, cable management in electrical and extrusions in the metal area they must have something.  Maybe even check the workshop storage section for shelves and stuff that might work.

I've seen tons of those, for some reason I don't like them but I might still get them.

Yeah, last time I went to bunnings I got a cable raceway for my wall-mounted TV.
