Program for 3rd Party Mouse?

Hey,

 

was wondering if there is a Program like Razer Synapses [Not like Macros really] Just something where I could turn off the Side mouse buttons.

I looked at your signature and noticed that you're using a Razer mouse; does Razer Synapse not work with it?
Anyway, you could potentially disable the buttons using software like AutoHotKey, but it takes a bit of configuring before you can do that (it isn't as simple as selecting a button and pressing disable)

Desktop: HP Z220 Workstation, 12 GB RAM, 2x500 GB HDD RAID0, + GTX 1060 3GB
