This is my pc

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/lemon89head/saved/yynsJx

so I am having an issue of my game lagging/skipping not really sure, when I have Oba running, watching Netflix, watching YouTube, or watching twitch on my second monitor. The only thing I see usuage wise is my gpu 3D maxes out. It did it on my 1050ti and my 1060 6G. Not really where to go. I’ve googled and YouTubed until my brain hurts lol any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

edit: should I just give up and put my 1050ti in for my second monitor? Figured I had a decent enough setup not to have any issues tho.

What do you mean its skipping and lagging?

Could be a slow hard drive.

I have everything on my 256gb m.2 ssd. I would hope it’s not my hard drive... how do I figure that? The game is like I am missing frames. But the FPS counter on csgo does not show bad frames. Always stays above 150fps

Have you tried a different cable?

Even though that wouldn't explain 3D maxing out.

I think I figured it out. My pc was reserving my half my ram. I think I fixed it. Not sure if I did it correctly tho. Any ideas on windows 10 that is the correct way?
