Windows sleep

Tricky1980

Hi,

I was wondering if there are logs or something in windows 10 where I can see what kicks windows out of sleep. Every time it goes into sleep it comes out after a few minutes. Not the display thought, you have to move the mouse to turn it on, but the fans and lights on mb and gfx card come on.

Is there anyway I can see what triggers it?

Check in BIOS what kind of sleep state you have set.

A little more about sleep states.

I saw that in modern BIOS-es (or even a little older) you can change something related to sleep state. I don't use sleep myself, so I don't test it, but you can.
