When will RAM be cheap?

So I guess most of us know about the Hynix fire, which caused RAM prices to be expensive, however I was wondering when roughly, will the RAM prices start to drop? And become as cheap as before, I am very curious about this. Thanks for any help!

RAM prices in Australia are unbelievable. I remember buying 8GB of DDR3 RAM in 2010 for around $99, three years later i'm paying the same amount of money. Hopefully the prices will drop in the next few months.

It should be cheap right now since the factory that caught on fire has pretty much nearly got back up to how it was before the fire. It's just the retailers keeping the prices up.

doubt prices will go down. DDR4 will do nothing. It will be even more expensive
