Hosted network problems

Hello guys, I am using Windows 10 64bits running on a SSD
It's a laptop so no PSU but the specs are:
i5 7300HQ
GTX1060 6go
8go ram 2400mHz
128go ssd and 1000go HDD
I bought the pc from this store : https://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00235347.html

Here is my problem: I want to use my pc as a hosted network. I was able to do so before I reinstalled windows on the computer last night. Now, when i try to do so it wont start and when I opened the cmd to see what's wrong. Now it says:     Hosted network supported  : No. I don't know why I have installed all the drivers and everything.

Do you have the Microsoft Hosted Virtual Adapter installed?
