Go to https://forum.xda-developers.com/transformer-tf700 and look around. If there is a TWRP-compatible image, you'll find it there. If not, well, you're out of luck.

sailfish OS. Is a linux distro that can be flashed through TWRP. But does not work on every model. I used it a lot on my nexus 4 and nexus 5 devices. It's great alternative to android. Oh and it can run android apps :)
