70c is just fine for a compact card like yours. GPUs are rated for much higher temperatures than that.

Hi, Welcome to the forums! Are you asking if your GPU running on load with 70c is normal? If so yes, it isn't uncommon for cards to run at 100c, if you wanted to forsake decible levels for a cooler run you could always bump up the RPM on your fans as well.

70C is fine, 80C will see dropping clocks (but not heavy throttling), 90C will start my alarms.

A good cooler means keeping the GPU cool even in Crysis
