I've had my 290 for just over a month and have had nothing but issues, blackscreens, bluescreens and on Arma III a redscreen (On clean 13.12 WHQL drivers)

The card is going back on RMA, but i'm slightly concerned that they might not find an issue as sometimes it takes quite a while for it to come about, sometimes it's quick, sometimes it isn't, should I be this concerned or should they just replace it? (The company said they test all RMA's)

It's a reference R9 290 form Sapphire.

Thanks!

It depends I would assume that they should be quite in depth with RMA's but if i were you I would send it back.

The red screen is common issue with Arma iirc, as for the blue and blackscreens, I had a couple of the black ones but they where fixed in a beta driver about a week after launch. If you're still having them the card my have a fault as for the bluescreens thats gotta be a fault of some sorts.

AMD Ryzen 5900x, Nvidia RTX 3080 (MSI Gaming X-trio), ASrock X570 Extreme4, 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB @ 3200mhz CL16, Corsair MP600 1TB, Intel 660P 1TB, Corsair HX1000, Corsair 680x, Corsair H100i Platinum
