Need help finding an Android app

Basically I need an app where I can view and control my Android phone from my computer. So like, I can see my phone's screen and whatnot on the computer. Anybody know of any apps to do this? I know they're out there, I just don't know the names of any of them.

Teamviewer Quick Support it wont on my phones using any rom i tried a lot and i gave up ,try AndroidVNC (it only works on LAN though)

I think you can do it with splashtop.

Airdroid is the best option but you need to make an account and stuff

I tried Airdroid, but I couldn't actually see the screen and whatnot, nor could I run an app (other than the camera, gallery, etc.) on it.

The problem with TeamViewer is that it's too slow for me to do Android to computer. With Splashtop, it's only for computer to Android, which is not what I want. There's some kind of app that allows for Android to computer streaming that's very fluid, and I know it's out there because I've seen videos of people using it before, but I don't know the actual name of the app.
