So I having PC Build hell:

My pc doesn’t post and constantly boot loops because I have dual channel memory. Take me 2 days to realize this.

I take out one stick and it boots but no post because it defaults to on board graphics. So I have to buy a $15 HDMI to DVI. Then It seems like the usb ports wont detect my keyboards, so now I scavenge Walmart (nada), Best Buy (0/2), Craiglist (0/3), and finally find a ps/2 keyboard on Lets Go (Yahtzee!).

SO! Turn off the system plug in the new keyboard, and boot. anddddd nothing... I clear CMOS again and finally get this POST MESSAGE: https://imgur.com/a/1WBi2Kd. So now Im back to USB keyboards not working.

Further info. I am booting with both usb and ps/2 keyboards plugged in just in case.

ALSO: Restarted PC. Got Barracuda Post display but then it cuts to black screen with underscore at top left and doesn’t resume. No more boot codes in bottom right.

System is running Windows 10 build 1803 on Intel 330 240GB SSD from main build

Update: I have concluded that 0/4 USB ports work on this board. Nor FP USB port.

HELP!

Sounds like some part is bad. Maybe RAM.

Reset PC to feault (clear CMOS) and with PS/2 attached, boot to the BIOS. If you can get into the BIOS, hold there, and let us know, I'll be watching the thread.

boot to the BIOS

My problem right now is everything SEEMS to work, but I cannot get any keyboard (USB or PS/2) to register. If I could get any keyboard to work, I can press F1 on screen shown at imgur link from OP and get into BIOS, presumably.

I will try different RAM just in case.

Everything but the Cooler, Motherboard (professional refurbish), and Power Supply, is used.

If they are in a case, it's possible you have a grounding issue.

Take board out of case, set on phonebook and try. Remove everything but 1 stick of ram, and either use built-in video, or dedicated if need be, and see what happens.

And BTW, there is no such thing as "professionally refurbished" motherboards. They are used, with the dust wiped off and BIOS re-set.
