How to run apps in lua macros

Hi,

 

I recently tried using an old keypad to accomplish something similar to Taran's 2nd keyboard for streaming. I would like to have a key that when pressed triggers OBS and specific google chrome websites. I've been messing with some scripts I've seen that claim to accomplish this, but fail to do so. Does anyone have a script to open an application in Lua Macros, and for the chrome websites, does anyone have a script that can open a specific web address once Chrome has been opened?

and then put the keyboard shortcuts into luamacros

Do you have any idea for how to open chrome on a specific website?

did you ever figure this out?
making a shortcut to a specific website from chrome, then using the same method for shortcut keys to open it?
