Need help with upgrading

Hey guys I have a low budget I'm not trying to spend alot of money so for a new cpu how should I approach it, 

 

I have a micro atx case

Rx 580

Amd x4 845k

8gb kinkston ddr3 ram 

Asus mother board with fm2+ cpu slot

450w psu

 

So how should I go about upgrading the cpu because it's holding back proformance and I have a fm2+ socket so Im not sure how to approach I could sell the old cpu and motherboard for a lower price maybe? 

Also maybe should I try overclocking the cpu until I upgrade

So 300 doesn't seem that bad if I sell my other 3 parts but how do u recommend I sell them because I don't have original boxes or anything

lmao come thru  holy crap tho dude 3k I don't have a job so trying to make money somehow and this shit pc lags in fornite mid battle and lowers my KD and I'm trying to get it to a 4 and when I try forza 3 30-40 fps on low and if I try alt tab my pc is gone I have to hold down power button of I try to alt tab out of forza

You can get R7 1700 for $50 more. R5 1400 isnt worth for $130.

yeah, this has been a hell of an adventure since my girlfriend is still at school, so we ate ramens a fkin lot before i could buy it tho! Sacrefices pays off, keep objectives in mind, and it will happen.

Still, my job has about the same wage in the us (18$/hour CAD vs 18$/hour USD) but I would've paid less taxes and waited a lot less to get 2k instead of 3k lmao
