taskbar acting weird.

ok so this has been an issue for a while for me, and i still haven't found a solution. 

 

if i click the start menu on my second display, and then click something on the taskbar of my primary display, the taskbar on my secondary display dissapears and then comes back.. 

 

specs listed in signature.

Yep, thats Windows 10 being a buggy mess. That has been an issue since day 1 and there is no reason to believe that Microsoft will fix it.
