Windows Made A Second Drive.......

Hello, my name is Johana and I'm hoping to get some help with an issue I have been having for the last couple of weeks and it's really starting to get on my nerves. So basically I updated my windows 10 pro gaming pc and after the update, I was like okay looks alright no problems yet until I looked at my freaking drives! so okay normally I'm pretty good at trying to figure out things myself but this is just out of my league..... here's a screenshot of what I mean. https://gyazo.com/f855eab8aa9d24be0f1689874274fdea keep in mind I only have 1 HDD in my pc.

it's most likely a recovery partition. the computer isnt adding drives it's splitting up the drive it has

Yea that's what I was thinking but like is there any way to remove it? I really don't want to reset my computer to get rid of it so I'm hoping there's a more easy way to do things.

just umount it, don't get rid of it. You can do that in disk management.

Thank you so much for your help! Now I don't have to deal with that stupid message saying my dive is almost full lol.
