Adding language pack to The Witcher 3

Hi. I know my question is kinda off the usual topic discussed here but I would really appreciate help. 
I downloaded The Witcher 3 GOTY edition from piratebay but it only has english dabing in it. So I downloaded language pack because I enjoy the game the most in Polish dabing. The pack came with an instalator and two ".bin" files. I tried multiple options where to put these but the instalator always tells me "Game installation not found, plese reinstall".
How do I fix that?
Thank you very much guys. I think polish voiceovers are the best way to enjoy the game and the english is kinda ruining it a bit for me.
