Your motherboard drivers aren't installed. Get the correct drivers from the manufactur website.

 

If you looked in device manager (right click start) you'll probably see loads of stuff not installed

Yeah just find your model number and go geddum

 

You could try Windows Update first to see if it'll just do it all for you but I doubt it.

There are two audio drivers, one is HD universal and one is high definition. Does it matter which one I would download?

Alright, so I downloaded the high def driver. Now what do I do with the folder? I clicked under the sound, video and game controllers part in the deivce manager and I tried to update the drivers. They said that they best ones are already installed. What do you recommend I do?
