Controller options

I've always used my Xbox360 wireless controllers for my PC needs, but the batteries are starting to go out on them and I lost the AA cases many moons ago.  I'm also looking at getting a PS4 in the near future so I was curious what good options there were to cover both uses.  I don't really care about price as much as quality and usability.

A PS4 controller can work on the PC, but I think it takes a bit more work to get it going than say an Xbox One controller.
