Different cooler for overclocked Ryzen 3 1200?

I am building a $550 pc with a ryzen 3 1200 in it that I will be overclocking to somewhere around 3.8ghz. I was wondering if I should get a different cpu cooler so my temps would be lower the 75 degrees celsius. I have a little bit of money left in my budget so I wasn't sure if I should get a different cooler than stock or get a 60gb ssd for a boot drive.

Try oc'ing with the stock cooler first before deciding on whether or not to replace it.
