Kraken X62 stop working

My Kraken X62 having weird issues with X370 Croshair 6 hero ( bios 6004 ) . Its show NA also in bios and cpu temperature is going too 100 c above and auto shutdown . Try using CPU fan header , doesnt work . try with AIO pump header also doesnt work . Sata cable shouldnt have any issues caus ethe same sata cable do pwer up 1 ssd . but i did attach a sata cable to psu just for to power the AIO . doesnt work also . Swap the AIO with older old AIO . and its work . Funny thing is , when i bring back the AIO to the seller . its working fine infront of me . get back again and attach . same issues . anyone of you guys encounter the same issues ?

if it doesnt work on multiple headers and mulitple cables, sounds like its a dead pump.. how did the seller test it and prove to you it was working?

plug in their test bench and the CAM showing the pum and fan is working .Head ache, while in my pc , the pump shows 0 .  Feels like changing back to Noctua cooler . LOL .

You can hear the pump if it's on

I didnt heard anything from the pump . Really feels like going back to air cooler .

Good news , contacted NZXT global and they will send me a replacement  to me . But not the local distro . Funny . Good that im getting a support from the global team. Nice one .
