Uplay Connection Problems

So Uplay works just fine on my internet at home. When I go to school and use their network, Uplay connects and disconnects every 30 seconds while I play Anno 2070 or Assassins Creed. Any idea what the problem could be with the school network or how to fix it?

Maybe your school is partially blocking Uplay as it is related to games? Tried accessing the Uplay website at school to see if it is blocked?
