I'm trying to buy another WI-FI router but I have a problem.

I do already have one router but if I get another router, can I use the same ISP for the second WI-FI router or do I have to apply for another one. Oh, and I'm also looking for a decent and cheap router for gaming and maybe have decent uploading speed for videos.
Hopefully, there will be great answers to both of those question.

Thanks for answering!xDxDxD

You can just disable DHCP and NAT on the second router and run it like a switch/AP if that's what you want. You just plug it up to the existing ISP provided router. Additionally, your speed will depend on the plan from your ISP, you won't be able to just buy a different router and get faster speeds. If you need something to provide the speed you pay for to other parts of your house though, then another router or dedicated AP can help with that.
