I use to have an issue when playing YouTube videos full-screen in chrome. The system would crash with an WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR message. Turns out the GPU was dying. It'd crash when plugged in to any other system. Screens like this often happen when the GPU is failing or a communication error with the display has occurred (driver). It's possible another application is interfering with the driver.
