HDD 2To Seagate

Corsair VS550 (The bad guy)

Bequiet Pure Rock

So i should change from a 550w to a 450W ?

It doesn't matter what wattage you go for so long as the unit is of decent quality, and your VS from Corsair is not a very good unit.

Your system will use 200W under load without overclocking. A Corsair CX450M would be plenty.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
