Pc Freezed

Hello,guys.

My friend have a problem with his pc.

It looks like when the pc is left for 5 mins,the whole pc will freeze and only the mouse cursor is movable but cant click anything.

 

Is there any problem with the specs,virus?

Given the base specs, it's unlikely to be that, the GFX card is a trash...sorry, low level OEM thing. It's possible the whole thing is chock full of dust, but I'd be more inclined to look at other things 1st.

 

Now, having said that, to the OP, is this a common thing? Is this happening all the time, or just a one off?

If you pull up task manager (ctrl-alt-del) what do you get? Anything saying "not responding"?

Task manager aint problem,the problem is it is not responding to clicks.Only arrow keys

Right, but perhaps the task manager will show something (like explorer.exe) not responding, or some program eating up all the CPU time, hence indicating a direction to start looking in.
