Audio driver update

I updated my realtek audio driver and my speakers had this weird sound(idk how to explain).I uninstalled it and now that sound is gone.

Did you update them from the manufacturer's website (i.e. Dell, HP, Gigabyte, MSI etc.) or from Realtek directly?

sometimes new drivers are worse than old drivers, so don't update unless you have too. luckily windows does allow you to roll back drivers

Try to download the drivers provided by your manufacturer instead. Generic drivers never come with any warranties.
