Is this a good speed for a hard drive?

So I finally got around to benchmarking my hard drive, and I was wondering if this was pretty good. I did this on Vengeance. Here are the specs, if you don't feel like going to my sig.

My Seagate Barricuda 3TB gets about 150MB/s write. Not sure about read though.

These days anywhere from 100-150 MB/s is typical depending on the drive. And random reads will knock any HDD on its back, that's fixed with a SSD.

My rig: 2600k(4.2 GHz) w/ Cooler Master hyper 212+, Gigabyte Z68-UD3H-B3, Powercolor 7870 xt(1100/1500) w/AIO mod,

8GB DDR3 1600, 120GB Kingston HyperX 3K SSD, 1TB Seagate, Antec earthwatts 430, NZXT H2
