Start Menu and Cortana Aren’t Working Error

Hello everyone 3 days before I have updated my window to windows 10 no issues occurs until yesterday. Suddenly after signing in to windows popup window appears showing "Critical Error - Start menu and Cortana aren't working"  if anyone knows please let me the how to fix this.

Try in Windows PowerShell as admin, type sfc/ scannow and let it check
