I have an XF240H from acer and its a 144hz free sync 1ms TN panel, and I love the smoothness combined with the frames I'm getting with my 1060 3gb. But i cant get past the ugly TN panel, I have to over saturate it just to get an ok picture.  The monitor I want is an Samsung CFG7 and it has the same specs except its VA quantum dot with 3000:1 contrast ratio. I absolutely would rather take visuals than performance, but with this monitor i don't have to. But it is rather expensive and that's why I  come to you to ask is this amazing monitor worth its $278 price tag , I might can sell the monitor I have for like $75 (because i don't have the original box).

oh and its curved, if that matters at 24".

I'd try to find a local store where you can see the monitor out of its box before purchasing, and also to see if you like the curved format.  It's the same with Samsung curved TVs...some people like it, some people see no difference, and some people hate it.
