Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me out please ,

My PC will not completely shut down it just keeps restarting, the only way I can shut the PC down is to shut off the power supply switch,. So I hope someone tell me how I can resolve this issue, it just started doing this 3 days ago and I can not figure how to solve this. Is there any You Tube videos out there that can easily show me how to fix this as it would be easier for me to understand and shows me how to fix my issue..

My PC is running Windows 10 64 bit..

Thanks for any help you can give me..

First, check windows to make sure you have "wake on lan" disabled (google it)

Second, check your bios settings for wake on lan as well as a "on regaining power" setting or something similar. The motherboard may be turning on as soon as it's off because it is still reviving power.

Fine you want the PSU tier list? Have the PSU tier list: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1116640-psu-tier-list-40-rev-103/

Just like to see if anyone else out there has any other ideas on what else I could try to remedy this issue with my PC not shutting down correctly and stop it from restarting when I click on it to shut down? I like to know this before I go ahead and do a complete fresh install of Windows 10 Pro x64 by this coming Tuesday or Wednesday....

Thanks for any help anyone can give me as it would be greatly appreciated...
