cpu gets hot when rendering

hello

so i wanted to render some videos but when i start it my cpy temps go up to 70-75 

but is this normal or should i be worried

 

when im gaming its around 30-35

ive got a i7 8700k with a cryorig h5 ultimate 

and ive got 3 fans in the front

That temperature is fine. When your CPU starts working hard, it goes under a synthetic load, when it performs at its full potential. The temperatures will go up because the CPU is working hard, and starts "sweating", or heating up. Those temperatures are fine and you have nothing to worry about.
