Is anyone else experiencing micro-stutter in games lately?

Lately I have been seeing micro stuttering in games that make 60fps feel more like 30fps. With vsync on and the framerate matching the monitors refresh rate games feel smooth, as they should, but when it dips below 75hz (75fps), it becomes a stuttery mess, which was not the case a few weeks ago. Of course you will get lag if framerate dips below refresh rate, but this stuttering is MUCH more substantial and incoherent. Even my gsync enabled laptop suffers from this. I have re-installed and updated drivers but nothing helps. This seems like its another windows issue, sigh. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I did see some of this in GTAV, and I have a pretty decent rig so yeah, probably windows. ARRG WHY MICROSOFT!

The first thing you'll want to do is to stop gaming on a Mac. Buy a PC, soooo much better for gaming. #PCMasterRace
