Just in case, you're plugging the display cable into the graphics card rather than the motherboard right?

Also, dont forget the EPS connector on the top left of the motherboard.

Found out it was a DOA moatherboard. The tech said everything else works perfectly but the motherboard refuses to post no matter what is done. Thank you all for the help.

Go through the standard not posting troubleshooting steps, reseat your ram, reinstall your GPU, ensure your cpu is in properly, make sure you didnt bend a cpu pin or something

I mean, if you havent installed Windows then a PC would typically get through the splash screen, then either get stuck there or restart.

That's a tier 6 PSU in the list, while tier 3 is the minimum for units you should use for anything you care about

Try removing one stick of ram, make sure your ram is in the correct slot, it could be just a dead component then

nope

so did you do it step by step from the manual or just do it as you go ?

I assume all parts are new ?

you have made sure the ram is compatiable with you cpu/motherboard ?

you have tried with the one ram stick in all the slots ?

you have tried re seating the graphics card ?

Made sure all connections are pushed in propley ?

Clear the CMOS ?

Take off the case connection pins for the start button etc and try running it with no of them connected and start it by bridging the 2 power pins ?

I will get bk to you with more :D

well its hard to say without the pc but I would guess its a ram issue and without new ram to test its hard to test things like the cpu and gpu or power supply,  mayne there is an issue with the motherboard ?
