Looking for hdmi switch or matrix

I'm looking for a hdmi switch or matrix that can support 4k 60hz with 2 in 2 out.  The signal only has to use one input and 1 output, so no crazy connection criss-crossing functionality is needed. This is going to be used for gaming, so nothing crazy expensive.

 

Any  ideas?
