Hi, about a week ago my computer started acting weird when i ran "intensive" graphical programs (games). Whenever I try to play a game it freezes for about 1 min, goes black screen and back to the game. Also sometimes i get these white and black checkers patterns on my screen. I've tried  unistalling my with DDU drivers and reinstalling them. I've also checked temperature and it's not overheating while playing games.

Do you remember what the temps were when you were running the "intensive" program? Unplug all cables to your monitor and replug them, use different cables if you can. It sounds like it may be dead but it could still be other things. Make sure to powercycle and try to update drivers and windows.

Either the GPU itself is going bad (the RAM is failing) or your power supply is failing to provide enough power to feed the card under load.

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

Temps were 50 C*, So i don't think those are the problem. I'm going to switch cables and see if it's fixed
