Another Mid-Range Laptop Recommendation Thread

I am poking around at laptops, as I use my girlfriend's old laptop for school work, and it's pretty bad.

 

Pairing that with its inability to do some light gaming, it's rough.

 

I am not looking to go crazy, as I already have a good desktop system, but this would be for being on the road, at her house, etc.

 

I am thinking the $500-$700 range would be perfect.

 

I did find this, and what are your thoughts on it?

FX504 is shit

 

Go for Aspire 5 with 8250U+MX150. If possible get the 17 inch FHD model.
