Hey guys,

I've got a parcel in the mail from the USA (I live in the UK) and it's been stuck in customs for a week now. Anyway, this post is just here for you to share your experiences with dealing with such things.

I get packages from america all the time and I never have any problems with Customs here in Switzerland.

I've never had a parcel stuck in customs but to actually get it you'll have to go to your local Post Office and pay the import tax and customs duty.

All packages from the US are held in Customs, 50% from Canada and about 10% from the rest of the world.
