Dell S2417DG or Acer XF270HU

My graphics card is from nvidia. One monitor is g-sync. the other is freesync. both 144hz. Freesync is IPS. G-Sync is TN. What is the better value? Dell at 400euro. Acer at 450euro.

GTX 1070. Mainly for mobas - rts - royale and shit online games like this. But I'm also a graphic desiner. I use my macbook for most of that but I do work with vectors and stuff.

IPS has better colors than TN, but TN is better for gaming. Free sync will give you  no benefits. G-sync will also help with gaming. The TN will have better frames per second but the IPS will have better quality.
