Anyone have experience with the Acer CB271HU?

I'm thinking about getting this monitor since it's cheap, 1440p, IPS, and has a VESA mount. I really can't find anything in the way of reviews on this thing on YouTube or anywhere else besides the Newegg page, and none of which were particularly in depth. Some people were saying it was good but I've heard that cheap IPS panels can be a bit hit-or-miss. It seems like there's multiple variants of it as well, I'm specifically interested in the "CB271HU bmidprx" (model no. UM.HB1AA.003).
