Hi I'm 14 and would like to buy my first proper gaming desktop , I have saved up around 1400 USD and I would like to get the new Hades Canyon NUC as it has crazy IO and perfomance that puts my ps 4 to shame , I'd like to ask a few questions first though

1.What sort of ram will I need (I know I need 16 gb of soddimm memory but not sure about the amount of mhz and condiguration)

2.What sort of an ssd will I need (I thought about 500 gb 970 evo since its quite fast )

3.How can I protect my previous PC from ESD discharges during assembly?

4.Since the skull looks sick , could I mount it on my wall with the VESA adapter?

Do you need small form factor like that, or can you build one? WIth 1400USD you'll have wayyy better performance than the Hades Canyon NUC

With $1400 at your disposal, I'd recommend getting a much higher spec'd full desktop.  Do you need a monitor, keyboard, mouse and windows key?

I can't really get a full desktop and even if so I'd rather have a NUC beacause I can't really take a desktop to my grandparents (I go there quite often).

You could as long as you can bring a keyboard/mouse and they have a monitor there

Not sure to be honest , most of the time I'll use my NUC for gaming hence I'll just use a wireless controller when I'll visit them and we'll the nuc is just 2 pounds + the power brick vs 30-40 pounds of a full desktop . And the perfomance levels of it satisfy me.

https://unlocked.newegg.com/article/intel-hades-canyon-nuc-benchmarks Fuck, however the most expensive unit is way out of your budget.

I don't think so , I already have a Windows license and a 500 gb 970 evo is 200 USD + 999 for the nuc + 160 for the ram I think.

Yes the 8809G version of it with vega m gh.

Ok! the NUC does not support 2.5" dirves so you will need a M.2 SSD with the max size being 2280. As for the RAM you will need a SO-DIMM ram DIMS. The Nuc supports up to 32GB @2400MHZ. You can use the nuc but why not a decent laptop?
