Vertical fan? R4 has 170mm clearance. I have 165mm cooler with 2 fans sitting just fine in there. So you can lift fan, but it might still be too little. D15S might be better, also since it only has middle fan.

The heatsink itself clears the ram but you might need to move the 'front' fan to the rear of the cooler for exhaust.
