Does anyone know any good ways to relieve wrist pain when typing for long periods on a laptop. I've seen some solutions but they cover the trackpad which isn't ideal. Any help would be much appreciated,

You should probably consult a physician than randos on the internet. They would have a better answer tailored to you.

Otherwise, making sure your posture is sound so you're not putting much weight on the wrist and that the wrist is in a neutral position as much as possible is all I can think of. If you are doing that, repetitive movement may be causing strain in which case a wrist brace would be better.

But again, consult a physician.

Buy an ergonomic keyboard, take breaks, use hot/cold solutions. Try not to develop carpal tunnel.

1. I need this to be on a laptop. I have a short back and need to use it out an about on a desk when studying outside my flat. 2. Fair enough. 3. What??? 4. I dunno what that is.

There are wrist rest for notebooks (2 pieces). If you can not get them just cut a roccat rest in half.

This may be what I'm looking for

Thanks for your advice. It's mainly cause I have a short back and it's fatiguing to hold my arms up to type so I lay my wrists down to type which can get a bit sore through friction
