Addressable RGB Waterblock

I'm looking for an RGB waterblock since a monoblock for my board is really expensive. The problem I'm having is that the LED's included with the blocks is that they all have normal 4-pin 12V LED strips instead of the addressable 3-pin 5V strips. Is there a block that includes this or is there some way to replace the LED strip inside the blocks such as a Thermaltake W4 or an EK RGB EVO block?

What board do you have? It is possible to replace the LED strip with regular 3 pin addressable LED's as long as you can get access to it.

Asus X470 Crosshair VII Hero, but I also have a Gigabyte X470 Aorus Gaming 7 sitting here.

It looks like both solutions from EKWB are regular 4 pin RGB options, but would be fairly easy to replace with addressable lights by taking off the black metal plate.

You can get lights like theses from Cable mod or other sources online and cut them to length as needed (WS2812B RGB led strips):

Yes those should all work, they need to be the WS2812B protocol for it to work with the motherboard's addressable system.
