Phantom 3 4k Gimbal Problem

My DJI Phantom 3 4k has had a gimbal problem ever since i got it. When moving the drone forward the gimbal shakes up and down for a few seconds then locks into place and stays still. This also happens when I rotate too. Here a video sample.

 

Its the shaking up at down and is worse when flying forwards. Any idea how to fix this? I may return it. Thanks
