Windows blank screen after installing NVIDIA drivers

Windows starts normally with video without drivers but when i install the NVIDIA driver (397.93) and then restart Windows after the ''Starting Windows Logo'' i don't get video and all my monitor's go to sleep.

I tried it also with 390.65 driver but that didn't seem to change anything.

GT 740

Try to boot into Safe mode with F8, then download DDU remove NVIDIA driver and try to install way earlier version of driver.
