Computer wise you should be fine, although id recommend if you can wait for the 8 core variant if its being release in the next few months or so.

Cooling id go with at least a 280 AIO, EVGA or Deepcool should be fine ive used both. Motherboard also is just a cosmetic choice.

If you want my honest opinion streaming is not something to get into without full knowing the schedule and grind that it comes with. Keep in mind if you are just trying to enjoy games its a much different scenario.

I personally do youtube, and did streaming at one point. Not only do you have to be pretty good at the games you play, you have to be entertaining. You have to spend 8-12 hours a day just to get off the ground and start seeing if people are interested. You have to be extremely lucky just to get anywhere :)

for streaming i would recommend a 2700x, but the 8700k is good as well. the 2700x edges it out in terms of stream quality, though looses out slightly in terms of overall fps.

in terms of Mobo the ASrock Taichi boards or the fatality boards are supposed to be good in price/features

unlikely to happen due to the struggles at 10nm (even i3, 2 core variants with iGPUs seems to be struggling). id expect late 2018 at best. though i could be wrong.

You did not indicate your maximum budget amount.

Nor did you indicate which country you live in.

In my recommended computer build, this is done in US currency using USA vendors.
