Looking for new monitors

I'm looking for 2 new monitors, I'd rather 21.5/22 inch size but 24 is ok, something with good colour and ips. the max I can spend on each one is £200. I've been looking at this or this. I'm not too sure about the second monitor as its rather cheap for a 1440p monitor. any other suggestions would be great.

I have an LG monitor similar to the first one you linked and I haven't had any issues. Color looks great etc. Here it is for reference: Link
