Can i play PC games on 4k TV?  Should i buy LG C7 Oled tv? And i always download 1080p bluray movies is support in 4k tv?

You can play PC games in 4K assuming your video card has HDMI 2.0 support, or you get a DP to HDMI 2.0 adapter.

Yes, but the image quality may not be as sharp. However, this is likely something you won't really notice unless you really look for it.

OLEDs are notorious for burn-in problems. I wouldn't recommend playing games on an OLED TV. Pretty sure Linus made a video recently playing games on a 4K TV. You can check that out, or, just buy a freaking 4K monitor :)

Oh so a console. Alright just buy any 4K TV that you like and you can afford it that's all. Stay away from OLEDs, because of burn-in and burn wallet.
