Is my GPU good enough?

I was wondering if my rx 560 is enough to run games like Fortnite at 1080p, 144hz, ultra settings.

144hz?? ultra??? nope, i run at 165hz at high-medium 1440p with a 1070. 

with that card on lowest low you could aproach 144fps

No, maybe 120fps at low, I had 120-140 average on lowest settings with high render distance, an r5 1600 and 16gb of ram.
