Freeze on POST after reboot

Hi.

 

I just got an Oculus Rift today in and the midst of setting up I needed to restart to see if Windows could find my sensor drivers.

 

After restarting the computer now freezes in the ROG logo when booting. I tried getting into the BIOS but nothing happens.

 

I disconnected everything apart from my mouse and keyboard and still nothing happens.

 

Specs:

 

ASUS ROG Z370-F Motherboard

i7 8700

8GB DDR4 2133MHz Corsair Vengeance

MSI GTX 960 GPU.

CPU: Intel Core i7 8700  

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070

MOBO: ASUS Z370-F STRIX  

RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2133MHz

Have you tried clearing the cmos?

Didn't work. Same issue

If you disconnect all drives from the motherboard does it go into the bios?

Nope. All that happens is the ROG logo appears and after mashing Delete for like 30 seconds it just goes black screen and does nothing.
